Position:  Associate

The Associate position is responsible for ensuring growth and development of the Construction business. Activity and direction will be directed to the development of contacts and secure projects for construction, emergency services and remodeling sales. This is a unique position that provides opportunity to develop a business unit within a stable organization. The position will initially be responsible sales and growth within our four counties in Central Pennsylvania. The Associate must deliver a source of contacts, develop plans and actions to deliver the project and be the frontline contact as the unit becomes a viable contributor to the organization. The Associate must deliver these services through personal contribution/activity in our marketing area.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 3-5 years sales experience in achieving goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sound planning and organizational skills
• Solid experience in developing commercial business development

Position:  Mitigation Technicians

Full-time positions available for dependable, detail-oriented individuals in our Emergency Services/Mitigation Division. Job responsibilities include working as part of a team servicing residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, smoke, etc. Clean background and ability to work on-call when necessary a must! Salary negotiable with experience. Sign-on bonus for individuals already IICRC certified (must provide certificates).

Position:  Field Sales and Marketing

The Field Sales and Marketing position is responsible for ensuring growth in sales (and market share) for insurance agency activity and other non-insurance activity. The successful salesperson delivers these services through personal contribution/measurable activity within our marketing area. This is a unique position that provides opportunity to grow the business in two aspects of the construction industry. This position will initially be responsible for four counties in Central Pennsylvania.

• Sound planning and organizational skills

Position:  Marketing Representative

The Marketing Representative will be responsible for awareness penetration with some of the nation’s largest commercial property and casualty insurance companies. The selected candidate will create and manage the relationship program, the contact management and stay-in-touch programs.  Responsibilities also include prospect marketing program development and execution and internal communications program.  Must be capable of learning the restoration service information and communication process and communicating message to small symposia. This is not a direct sales position.

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing
• Highly articulate with excellent customer-centric listening and speaking skills
• Computer (PC) literate, preferably with 2 years experience with ACT sales force automation or other contact management software
• Detail oriented with sound planning and organizational skills
• Local advertising and PR experience a plus
