Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling Receives Honors for

Outstanding Community Service

Company receives top awards at national corporate convention

Steve Rotay founded his franchise offices on a simple premise — to maintain and provide a high quality of service and expertise to Paul Davis customers and the insurance industry, and focus on giving back to the community where he lives and works. Today, as the office celebrates its six-year anniversary, the local franchise is a multi-million dollar company and leader in the area’s restoration service industry.

Recently, Rotay accepted two top awards at Paul Davis Restoration Inc.’s 40th anniversary celebration and national corporate convention held in Orlando, Fla. in June. Out of 220 Paul Davis Restoration offices, Rotay received honors in the Outstanding Community Service category, along with the highest-honor GEM Award in the Community Service category. “Business, industry knowledge and marketing play an active and daily role at Paul Davis. However, we’ll always be involved in giving back to our community and its residents. We work hard to please our customers and always try to do the right thing, including staying in touch with needs of the people within our service areas,” said Rotay.

Rotay credits these awards to his office’s dedication to those comforted through the company’s Restoring America program and to the sponsorship of top ranked firefighter competitor team Team Paul Davis of York, Pa., an activity that included bringing the Firefighter Combat Challenge to York, Pa. for the first time in June.

The company specializes in providing emergency services for properties that have been damaged by water, mold, fire or vandalism. All Paul Davis owners and technicians are trained in Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) standards for inspection, cleaning and disaster restoration. IICRC is a non-profit certifying body that includes expertise in the flooring inspection, floor covering, fabric cleaning, and disaster restoration industry of fire and water.
